Clemson vs. Maryland

I went to the Clemson vs. Maryland game last weekend. We arrived on Thursday night so we had all day Friday to tour Washington. My friend Nora was with us and she grew up in DC so she was a good tour guide. We saw the National History Museum, then ate lunch at a place she knows called Teaism.

After lunch, I went with Paul, Paige, and Danielle to the American History Museum. When that closed, we walked around The Mall and saw the White House

and the Boy Scout Memorial. Then, we ate dinner from one of the food carts which was interesting. Next, we went to wait for Nora and the others at the Washington Monument. Then, we all met up at the WWII memorial.

We also saw the Vietnam, Korea, and WWI memorials. Last, we took pictures with Einstein.

After the game on Saturday, we all rode the Metro to Alexandria. While we were there, we got dessert at The Dairy Godmother. It's an awesome little custard shop that Nora's mom owns. We had a great time singing and dancing to her jukebox :)
